Landscape Design Services

We will meet you on site for a free consultation to discuss your vision for the project and determine if we are a good fit for the job.

After the initial consultation, we will draft a basic design proposal. This includes a rudimentary drawing and a simple, clearly defined scope and cost estimate for the project.  Our designs range from $500.00 to $2500.00 depending on the extent of the project.  If you choose to partner with us to complete the ground work, the design cost is waived.

If the proposal is agreed upon, a contract will be signed and we will return to your propety to take pictures and measurements.  We may request a site survey as well.  If you have any inspiration pictures, or specific items in mind, now is the time to share them.

We will meet again to present the intial version of the full design.  You will receive copies of the design and a design details page that explains the key elements and cost.  The meeting is usually an hour long. 

Take a day or two after the design presentation to review and make changes.  Is there a solution that we didn't think of? Plants that you don't like? No problem. We will work with you to revise the design until we come up with something that you are satisfied with.  At this point, payment for the design is due in full, unless you have chosen to work with us for project completion.  

You now have everything that you need to make your dreams a reality!  You have paper and digital copies of the design, and a step by step plan to bring that vision to life. We will provide estimates and timeframes and work with local area vendors and contractors to ensure an efficient a cost-effective completion of the project.
